I weighted myself on the 3rd day, following the insturctions in the clean 9 booklet.
- The first 2 days I lost 4.5lbs —-> 2,04kg
- From hips I lost 0.5 inches —–> 1,25cm
- From chest I lost 0.5 inches ——> 1,25cm
Nali’s Clean 9 results on Day 3:
OMG! I have just weighed myself – I have lost 4.5 pounds! Plus 2 inches off my waist, .5 inches from my hips, one inch from my thighs and from my chest. It is interesting how most of the loss is around my tummy – I really want to lose my baby fat from pregnancy, which is probably just a lot of toxins. Forging ahead!
