Clean 9 Testimonial:

My name is Muriel Dahan, I am 52 and eight years ago, I finally gave up smoking.  This was great but, over the next year, I started piling on the pounds. A year  on from that, I suffered a lot of stress at work and again compensated with  food. As a result I found myself in 2009 weighing a massive 98 kilos! I would  struggle to go up two flights of stairs and realised my health was really  suffering. I started the Clean 9 in October 2009.

Today is a measuring day! I’ve finished Clean 9 at the first time and decided to do it in every 6 months. I am feeling great, have a cleaner body and of course I lost weight.

I lost 7.5lbs total, nothing from my thigh.

My  Clean 9 results for 9 days were a 8 lb weight loss and I also lost 1 inch from around my waist. This is the fastest I have ever lost weight but the best part is now we know we can do whatever we want if we make up our mind to do it. We made a plan and worked our plan and got results we wanted. I would have done better but I forgot to drink aloe yesterday! I just focused on the garcinia. Recommendation: Read the clean 9 instructions every time, no matter what! I also just focused on calories and not the type of food. I will do this clean 9 program again in about three weeks (just the two day cleanse, which gave me the most weight loss in two days – 4.5 lbs!) and use the NutriLean approach the rest of the time, like 250 calories per meal on average.

My 9th day of Clean 9:

I think I got used to this Clean 9 program by now!!! Everything went so good on the last day.  I’m looking forward for tomorrow morning when I measure myself. Today was a  beautiful day so I went out and showed off my new shape… I felt really good in  my clothes. I should continue with the daily exercise, I want to have some real  muscles too… and I’ll keep drinking aloe vera gel. Today I had swordfish with  lemon and capers, cooked spinach and mashed potato. Very light, delicious and  home made!! My energy level was moderate today, I did a 30 minutes exercise. I followed the instructions in the clean 9 booklet like the other days. I found Clean 9 an easy to follow weightloss program. I did not starve for the days and felt great most of the time. I think the first 2 days were easier, I only had problem counting the calories and stay within the 600 calorie meal a day after the 3rd day. I think we just need to learn it.

Joe’s last day of Clean 9 experience:

I was very happy with this Clean 9 program and made a committment to watch what I eat. I’m sick and tired of  losing and gaining. Clean 9 on the 8th day

Hi Everyone! Good News! I survived yesterday. I realized that I forgot about my  Aloe Gel yesterday afternoon, probably that’s why I felt so hungry. I realized it during my shower. So I drank it with water and went to bed early (11pm). This morning I got up very early 6am, felt great, no hunger and full of  energy. I had my breakfast and did a 30 minutes exercise on my Lateral Thigh Trainer, burned 200 calories.

Clean 9 day 8I feel funny because I’ve just noticed (on day 8 of clean 9)  that my Lateral Trainer shows the burned calories. I did sit ups with the kids, I really enjoyed it. I  didn’t go to Subways today. This is also a great  challenge for me if I want to keep my shape after the Clean 9 program. I have to learn  more about calories and healthy cooking and serving size. I have a great book  with a list of calories I can check it all the time. My fridge is empty this week so there is no temptation there and there is no Easter Ham or anything like  that… and I will not go for Easter shopping neither. I had pork chop again with wild rice and broccoli florets. Another great news!!! I just went outside to talk to my neighbour who noticed my clean 9 weight loss. She wanted  to lose weight for a long time, but could not. So I was talking about our Clean 9 program, our Clean 9 team and told her that if we can do it (stay at home moms, a 72 year old and a truck driver!) she can do it too. I was so excited talking about it, she told me she  goes home and starts drinking the aloe gel and tea again. She gets ready and  starts Clean 9 on 1st of next month. I have tried the delicious Subway sandwich today. I went with the 6 inch grilled chicken on italian herbs. It was just the perfect choice after visiting the aquarium and walking on the boardwalk. Wow it was hot today I forgot to take my aloe sunscreen with me and my neck and shoulders got burnt a little :( I have not done my exercise the past two days either but I always walk at least 2 hours or more every day) Tomorrow is our 9th day of Clean 9. We are catching up with you Kati and Joe!

Day 8 of the Clean 9 went great. No hunger pains and abundant energy, No cravings like I usually have. One day left! Hope everyone is doing as well. I’ve been thinking about doing this Clean 9 program twice a year.

My experience with Clean 9 on day 7:

Today I did my exercise & pushed myself hard for 40 minutes. Sometimes we need a little push. I feel great and I just realized after reading Joe’s message that we’re almost done. Yes  we’re at day 7 of Clean 9 today!!! I had a real hard time. I even start biting my nails… I had a great day, did a great work out in the morning, followed my schedule but today I had a soup for lunch with 2 slices of bread + my forever argi+. In the afternoon I fall asleep for a few minutes on the sofa while my kids were playing around with  daddy. I didn’t even hear my cellphone ringing in my pocket, I was knocked out. For dinner I got the Forever lite ultra  shake but after a few hours I felt really hungry. I was thinking about food in every minute and it was hard to concentrate on my work. I took a shower and I was planning to go to sleep before I do something I will regret!!! I was probably exhausted and needed some rest. I should have eaten a turkey sandwich like yesterday. It was to late though!!! :-( I also saw some lights, i don’t know how to explain this. I’ll get back to you tomorrow! I kept telling to myself: “I have to finish this  Clean 9 program! I am strong and I will NOT eat untill tomorrow I promise!!!”

Nali’s advice for me:

Could be that the soup had little or no protein, and the lights could mean low potassium, especially if the soup was high sodium as in canned or restaurant soups… I hope tomorrow is better for you!

Joe:

I think you didn’t have enough for lunch. I’ve been sticking with the shakes for lunch and have had no problem. You can do it. Have you been drinking enough water?

Anita:

 agree Nali. When you are on a low calorie diet you really have to watch what you eat. You still have to have a balanced diet. The 2 slices of bread- if it was not made of whole wheat – was not the best choice either. Let us know how you feel asap.

Janos experience on day 7 of Clean 9 :

Hello Clean 9 Team! Everything is OK on this side of the world, we are doing fine. By the way I realized something: if I eat my second sub late, I’m hungry in the morning but if I eat early, about 4 PM (latest) I have no hunger the next day. How u guys doing with this part? The weight….I didn’t write crap yet bec on day 1-2 I checked myself and it was 232 and 233 pound. I was like what the hell?? I gained weight. BUT on day 4 I was 227 so pobably the scale in the truckstop was funny. Now its day 7 and I’m wondering what my weight is. Kata is pretty good with the Clean 9 program, mixing her food fruits, sub, this and that. I’m staying with the sub but I think I will change the turkey, bec I started to see feathers on my back :) Leaders you DID a great job and I hope you will use your Clean 9 experience to help others to do the same.

My experience with Clean 9:

Yesterday night I could not fall asleep, I was awake till  3.15am than I woke up 5.15am like I had enough sleep. Never happens to me.  I followed the booklet. I weighted myself. I had 25 minutes exercise, plus situps, I did see changes in my body I am happy with. My team members are talking too much about the turkey sandwich in Subways (560 Cal) so I did not think much and get one for  myself. I could finish the whole footlong, but did not. I wanted to stay withing  the 600 calories with my Forever Argi+. I have no hunger at all, no cravings. I feel full of energy even I DID NOT sleep more that 2 hours yesterday. Before I forgot to mention today I got some pimples on my face, which is normal when you detox your body. So to pamper myself I did a facial with Fleur de Jouvence and applied Aloe Propolis creme for the pimples.    I am still confident to finish the program,  especially because now I see the results! With Clean 9 I’m not only loosing weight but gaining confidence. For 3 years I  was thinking that I am unable doing Clean 9 and now I am almost over the 6th days without cheating.  I’ve also noticed that I have more strenght. I think I was influenced by the  negative stories I had heard about Clean 9 before.

How could we avoid that in the future?

Anita’s experience on 6th day of Clean 9:

I personally had a very bad experience with Clean 9 for the first time and I know many who also did. Especially those who work with chemicals and those who has a very unhealthy diet or has chronic constipation like I had, are at risk to have a stronger reaction to the detoxification. When you tell your distributors the possibilities and the facts about Clean 9 I believe that you are trying to help them not to turn them down. Someone can be turned away from Forever Clean 9  if they’re not informed well.

Nali’s day 6th with Clean 9:

I can’t believe I am at Day 6 of Clean 9 already. It doesn’t hurt, it is painless, I feel better, with more energy and I am doing more things with my kids, like chasing them around the backyard. Usually I am too “lazy” to do that, but this time, they have to keep up with me! I have not lost as much as the first two days, but I have lost 1½ inches around my hips since the last time I measured! I had a turkey sub yesterday; the subway girl told me that half a sub was 600 calories, so I only bought half, and then looked online and saw that I can have a whole footlong! So I went and had a green tea latte and ate some seaweed, yum ;) !! I will try a footlong today, but maybe the verggiemax instead of turkey, for fun. This Clean 9 is great because even though I bought a lot of chocolates and candy for the little ones yesterday, and played Easter bunny, I did not have any cravings for chocolate so it was easy not to eat any. I can’t wait to catch up with you guys!

My clean 9 results on the 5th day:

I’ve started with 135lbs, on the 3rd day I was 130.5lbs, on the 5th day I am 129lbs.

Total weightloss in 5days = 5.5lbs However I lost only 1.5lbs in the last 3 days I was surprised to discover the following: There was no change in my thigh.

The last 3 day I’ve lost:

0.5 inches from hips, 0.5 inches from waist, 1 inches from chest.

Joe’s clean 9 results:

Lost another pound so I think that is a total of 7 lbs since I started the clean 9 program. I didn’t measure myself but I know my clothes are a little looser and I also can see it in my face. My face is not as round as it use to be. If you don’t hear from me in a couple days that means I lost so much I disappeared (:D)

My experience on the 5th day of Clean 9:

I  had a very very busy day today on 5th day of Clean 9, however I had lots of energy in the morning I  had only time for a 20 minutes exercise, but I’ve noticed that my belly got  literally smaller. I had a meeting and got so engaged that I forgot about my  lunch. So I took the Forever Lite Ultra Lite at this time and not the 600 calorie  meal as usual. Around 5pm I got really hungry, i was almost shaking. And of  course I also forgot to take my  vitamins in the morning, the most important:  Ginkgo plus which helps me to remember things. So no wonder I completely forgot  if I took Garcinia or not. I had a 3oz pork chop (208) with wild rice  (200cal) and cooked spinach (100cal) for dinner and drink my Argi+ (40cal).  While eating my dinner I was thinking about Garcinia… Tomorrow is Clean 9 measuring time for me  and Joe again! Denes, my husband told me that he can see I lost a lot, I don’t really feel it yet. Lets  see the Clean 9 results tomorrow! Day 5 of Clean 9 Today I had a lot of energy and no cravings at all. I had a Forever Lite Ultra shake for breakfast and lunch. I do mix my shakes with skim milk. Usually I can eat the whole sub at one sitting but I’m finding that I fill full consuming only half of the sub, which is 290 calories. This Clean 9 program rocks. When I first started I thought no way can I stay with it to the end but once you get past the first two days of Clean 9  it is easy. Keep up the good work everybody!

Hey Clean 9 Team!! This is not funny at all…. last night I couldn’t sleep :( I went to bed about 11:30 PM and couldn’t sleep until 3:30 AM. I was suppose to get up at 6 and start driving but its 10 AM now …my brain was working crazy, I felt like when I was in kindergarten and I had to sleep after lunch. Didn’t work that time…..neither now. Anyway we are fine, just finished the breki. Going to work, catch you guys later…..keep it up Clean 9 Team !!

Clean 9 weightloss program Day 4

My experience on the 4th day of Clean 9 program

Last night I felt really cold which is not normal for me. On the 4th day of Clean 9 I followed the booklet, had 25  minutes exercise on my Lateral Thigh Trainer. I could not do more. I felt really tired after 5 minutes and this time I was sweating  a lot. I did some situps as well. For luch I had a home made lentil soup (2cup=400cal)  plus 2 slice of wholewheat bread (130cal) + Forever Argi+ (40cal). I was not hungry  today, I think I got used to Clean 9 by now. My energy level was lower than yesterday.  Motivation? can not be higher. Confidence: 100% I will finish this  Clean 9 program!

Joe’s 4th day of Clean 9:

Day 4 Clean 9 Woke this morning with no hunger pains and a lot of energy. Exercised on threadmill for 50 minutes. Felt great after my workout and still have a lot of energy. I also lost 4 more pounds which make a total of 6 pounds since I started on Saturday. I am very happy with the Clean 9 program and confident that I will complete it.

Janos and Katas Experience on day 4 with Clean 9:

Hey Clean 9 Team, we still here, no worries just too lazy to type. Yesterday we finished day 3 without problem, I had a foot long sub with a turkey breast. I finished the two 6 inches with 3 hours apart. After that I was so full I knocked my self out :) ))). Kata had some rice cake and she was tough as usually. Today we are done with day 4 od Clean 9, and nothing to mention. I had my foot long, same as yesterday, Kata was making some soup only 300Cal. I feel great I think if the program is over I’ll stick to the 600, maybe a 1000Cal/day. I don’t really need more.

Nali’s 4th day with Clean 9:

This morning, my daughters woke me up at 7 a.m. and even though I thought I should try to sleep some more, I decided to get up and I am feeling great!!! I am ready to go to the gym now and workout a lot. I love Hindu calisthenics and I hope to get in the groove again.

Anita’s experience with Clean 9:

 I got up 6.30 am after 5 hours of sleep. After the regular morning chores I took the kids to the Zoo in the ,got back at 2 pm I did my Easter grocery shopping while the rest was sleeping,after that I went to do the laundry than ToysRus to get some things for the kids. It was 9 pm when I got home, put the kids to sleep and washed the dishes swept the floor than at 10.30 pm I set down on the couch to fold the clean clothes.That was the point when I realized that this was the first time I set down that day. I  was tired but during the day I had a lot of energy,mentally I was on the top at even at 11 pm when my husband got home,we discussed some business issue. Physically I had aches and pains by the and of the day-my back and leg hurt and nobody in the group said anything about muscle pain. Am I the only one who has sore muscles from exercising??? So Clean 9 really rocks! I think Bee Pollen works really great, I have plenty of energy. Yesterday I had tomato and red pepper soup 2 cups (200 calories) and 6 pieces of sushi. ( I don’t know the exact amount for the sushi)
